Questions

Do I need to connect my bank account?

No. You enter your balance, income, and regular bills yourself — setup takes about 10 minutes, and nothing ever talks to your bank.

Is my financial data private?

Yes. Your forecast is calculated and stored on your device — nothing is uploaded anywhere. You can export a backup file any time to keep a copy of your data.

Do I have to log every purchase?

No. CashGapRadar isn't a transaction tracker — it works from your recurring income and bills, so there's no daily logging required.

What do "Clear," "Tight," and "Gap" mean?

Clear means your balance stays comfortably positive all week. Tight means it gets close to zero — sometimes a thin cushion, sometimes a small dip that's still inside your buffer. Gap means the shortfall is bigger than that buffer and needs a plan.

What does "Review" mean?

If part of a week's income is irregular or hasn't been confirmed yet, CashGapRadar marks it Review instead of guessing. Once you confirm the income — or the date arrives — it updates to Clear, Tight, or Gap.

What devices does it work on?

CashGapRadar works in Safari and Chrome and can be installed on your home screen on iPhone and Android. Your data stays on each device — to move it to another device, export a backup file and restore it there.
